Cotton items:
The towels, napkins, and other cotton items I have made are all machine washable. They have already been washed and machine dried before arriving at your home. My towels are workhorses, and I always machine wash and dry them.
Woolen items:
Please handwash woolen textiles. Blankets and pillows will felt if they are machine washed. Use a wool wash or just a bit of Dawn dish soap. Blot the textile with a dry towel (or a lot of towels if you have a large item!) and lay it out to dry.
